Thesis: in order to remove the label “Strawberry Generation”, the seventh graders should improve the employ-abilities required for the knowledge-based economy stage; respect different work values, and combine each generation's advantages. In this way, seven graders can work with different generations efficient and have better working performance. Besides, via government’s help and policy, schools should cooperate with enterprises to adjust the courses to help students cultivate employ-abilities and ready for job after finishing tertiary education.

after reading your R.P. Outline 1st draft,I got some ideas for you to think about.
1. There are many grammatical errors that you might wanna work on. Also, you need to put the outline in the MLA style! (:
2. I think that you might want to exchange paragraph II and III since Para. III is talking about the definition about the employability then you ought to explain it first before you go into different employabilities in different generations right? For me, that'll be clearer.
3. There are some parts that you might want to go deeper. For example, you can eleberate what 8 core emeployabilities are. For some certain points, the outine is a bit vague for me.
4. The last reminder is that maybe you can remove the "Solutions of how to get rid of the label" at the conclusion part, coz somehow I feel that the whole paper should be talking about the solutions but if you put this topic "how to get rid of the label" particularly at the conclusion is somehow a bit confusing.
